A Chartered Accountant who never learnt to code — and builds AI tools anyway. Years inside institutional finance: senior analyst at a global investment bank, OTC markets, then AI product. Now I build tools for Indian money problems, in public, and most of them are open source.

The work
Tools that do one thing, properly
The work
Anything finance-adjacent here reads and flags. It does not advise, recommend or transact — by design, not by omission.
The arc
Finance first. Code second. That order matters.
The arc
- Institutional finance Senior analyst, global investment bank
- Markets OTC — where the terms are negotiated, not listed
- Product AI product manager
- Since 2023 Automations — started on n8n, kept going
- Now Building AI tools in public
The scarce thing was never the code. It was knowing what the numbers should say before you write a line of it.
Financial rigour tells you what to build. Engineering tells you how. I spent years on the first half and picked up the second when it stopped requiring a co-founder — and India has 1.4 billion people with very little AI built for their actual lives. That gap is the whole thesis.

A take is a sentence. A receipt is a screenshot. The rule I use to decide whether something is worth publishing at all.
